Duas for Anxiety And Depression

Sometimes in our life, we face hardship and difficulties which may lead to depression. Moments like these we get fed up, unhappy, hopeless, and unproductive.

You may have tried medications such as therapy, lifestyle adjustment, and so on, which are effective to overcome anxiety and depression. But including The Prophet (peace be upon him) duas to overcome depression and sadness will be a plus one to a quick recovery.

These are the 4 powerful Duas (prayers) every Muslim should recite to overcome anxiety and depression according to the Sunnah:

There is none worthy of worship but Allah the Mighty, the Forbearing. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Lord of the Magnificent Throne. There is none worthy of worship but Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, and Lord of the Noble Throne.
